Fresh Ginger Salad Dressing:
2 Tablespoons lemon juice, freshly squeezed
2 Tablespoons rice vinegar
2 Tablespoons tamari
2 Tablespoons sesame oil and/or olive oil, combined
1 to 2 Tablespoons (amount to taste) fresh ginger, grated or chopped
Mix all together and pour over mixed greens or use as a marinade.
