Apricot Pineapple Jam with Walnuts Recipe

Apricot Pineapple Jam with Walnuts:
2+1/2 pounds apricots, pitted
3 cups pineapple, crushed
5 cups sugar
1 cup Walnuts

In blender, blend apricots and pineapple, including the juice. Add sugar. Cook 35 to 45 minutes. Add walnuts. Seal in sterilized jars or keep in refrigerator. Makes a good vanilla ice cream sauce.
