Taste of Thai, Burger:
Ingredients per burger:
5 + 1/4 ounce (150g) pork minced meat
24 Thai Basil leaves
1 clove garlic
1 teaspoon of brown sugar or small piece of palm sugar
1 teaspoon Thai fish sauce
1 teaspoon lime juice
1 teaspoon tomato ketchup
1 teaspoon Green curry paste
Chop the Thai basil leaves fine. You should have at least 1 big teaspoon of chopped Thai basil for each burger you make. Chop the garlic fine as well.
Add the chopped Thai basil, garlic, curry paste, Thai fish sauce, brown sugar, tomato ketchup and lime juice to the minced meat and, with your hands, make sure the ingredients get divided in your meat.
Make a flat burger of about 3/4 inch (2 cm)
Put oil in a frying pan and fry until your Thai burger is ready.
Serve with other Thai cooking dishes or serve with a Thai dip sauce.
