Cherry Liqueur Recipe III

Cherry Liqueur III:
2/3 cup crushed Cherry Stones
1 cup Vodka
1 small Clove
1 small Pinch of Cinnamon
1/3 cup Sugar Syrup

Put the crushed cherry pits in a jar with the vodka, clove and cinnamon. Steep for three weeks. Filter through cheesecloth and add the sugar syrup.

Caution must be taken as to the quantity drank, when making alcohol with fruit stones. Generally, 1 shot is enough per person.
