Coffee Eggnog Recipe

Coffee Eggnog:
6 eggs, separated
1 cup powdered sugar
1 quart milk
4 cups very strong black coffee, ice cold
2 cups light rum
1 cup brandy
2 cups whipping cream
nutmeg as desired

Beat the egg yolks until thick and lemon coloured.
Beat in powdered sugar. Add milk and coffee. Add salt, if desired. Mix well in a punch bowl. Add Rum and Brandy.

Beat egg whites to form soft peaks.
Whip cream and fold into egg whites.

Fold into mixture in punch bowl. Sprinkle nutmeg on top of eggnog.
