Homemade Tiramisu

1 shot of Amaretto
1 shot of Havana Rum
100ml Glühwein
100ml Dark Grape Juice
Cream for whipping
Vanilla Sugar
Powdered Sugar
Cocoa Powder

Firstly soak the ladyfingers with the Amaretto, Havana Rum, Glühwein and Grape Juice, but not for too long. Then arrange these neatly into the bottom of your glass dish with high sides. Sprinkle with Vanilla Sugar.

Whip your cream, to just turned. Layer over ladyfingers.

You may repeat the above process to double the layers.

Sprinkle with Powdered Sugar and Cocoa Powder.

Place in refrigerator for at least one hour before serving.
