Roman Custard:
2 cups milk
1/4 cup honey
3 egg yolks
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon

Pour milk into bowl and mix with honey. Scald in saucepan and add egg yolks and cinnamon. Bake 325 degrees F for 1 hour. Sprinkle with Cinnamon.
